He is an actuary by trade but has built up expertise in startups, behavioural economics, and redemptive design. Nicola de Jager holds a PhD in Political Science and is an Associate Professor at Stellenbosch University. She has 20 years lecturing experience in South African politics, governance and comparative politics. She edited the book: South African Politics published by Oxford University Press.
In 1997, Nicola surrendered her life to Jesus, and now, in her personal capacity, she speaks on worldviews, current philosophies, and governance, and is a Faculty member of Wilberforce-South Africa.
She has been married to Phillip de Jager for over 20 years, and they have two teenage boys.
